Yes great, just to tear my heart in two. Perfect. GRRRR!
Portugal will face Germany in the quarterfinal. Mhm. Not happy about that. I decided for me what team I will support, but whatever, I will cheer in the semi final for sure! So at least I can say one of my faves teams will make it to the semis LOL Lucky me on the other side.
I think there will be a lot of talk about that game. Will it end like the both teams meeting 2000 or in 2006 *when I was in the stadium :mrgeen: * Lets keep all the talk for that game in here! _________________ Forza Inter!

I like Portugal more than Germany but in this case I'd like to see Germany in the semi's.
Guess why Adri .... |

Does the name Ronaldo play a role in your thoughts?
Well, of course I will cheer for Germany aswell, but with their recent performance I am not too optimistic. Poldi might be out because his calf, Frings has a rip broken... and Portugal will come fully fit after they rested their key players. Not hard to guess who are the faves in this game.
Germany have the potential to beat Portugal, but it will be really really REALLY hard. I see Portugal making it to the next stage just because of the individual class. _________________ Forza Inter!

Italy won´t make it further. Spain will stop them I feel. With Torres and Villa up front, Iniesta and Xavi in the midfield and hopefully Puyol back in the defense with Sergio Ramos, I have high hopes on the Spainish side.
Holland vs Germany would be a dream final, but I doubt Germany will make it that far _________________ Forza Inter!

HOLY MY!
First half so far, 2-1 for Germany. Not bad at all! I am very impressed by the way Germany pulled out that game. Schweinsteiger is outstanding! Awesome goal, great fast play forward by Poldi that lead to the goal. Klose scored aswell! Fantastic! I am so happy right now.
Then I also smiled when Nuno scored. But I don´t want them to score any more goals! LOL

WTF
Good game Germany, I have to admit but I noticed something!!
I thought the ermans declared the 'German Diamand system' sacred. But now they have seen how Holland played ... (4-2-3-1) ahhhh you copycats .
But it works.. |

Wait till we meet in the finals, Mirr.
Then again, Frings was injured and Gomez not playing. He had to structure the team new. And he did it in a veeeery great way!
I really did not think it would be that "easy" but really, Germany fully deserved it. And at least now nobody can say Portugal walked thru the tournamnet in the first season "post-Figo".
They played good, no doubt, Germany simply played better. Really impressed. Best performance by Germany. _________________ Forza Inter!

Great game. I've never thought portugal had that spirit... but surprisingly they did. Coming back from a 2-0 deficit. We were so close to extra time... The one thing I didn't like was Ronaldo. He spent more energy on his acting and diving then on the game itself. Gues he's not ready yet to step up and be THE MAN as Figo used to be... It's just not the same without him and Pauleta.
And Schweinsteiger ... wow. From know on in the land of portugal he will be known as "the devil with white hair". |

If Germany didnt score the third goal maybe we could win the game..but it's ok . good game, though some unfair decisions by the judge ..by the way we can't win always
And know Scolari is going to Chelsea I want Figo as Coach:P _________________
